RMA Request Form

Please have your order number, registered email and registered contact number handy while filling out the RMA form.
For multiple bikes fill one form for each bike.
For multiple parts under a single shipment, you can use a single form, ensure that the names, descriptions and serial numbers are separated by commas in the information field.
This request would be validated by our CX Team before processing please ensure that the information provided is correct.
Any wrong/ incorrect information may lead to rejection of your request and you may need to resubmit the form with the corrected information.
Biktrix reserves the right to approve/ reject the RMA Request Form.
If the bike was purchased from a local dealer, Please contact support@biktrix.com with the invoice number and purchase date.

If the RMA item(s) are part(s) within an item shown on the purchase order, Choose the main product and leave a brief description in “Remark” section listing the items that are part of this RMA. Biktrix support team will contact you if further information is required. Remove the items which are not part of this RMA request.

From the list below please select the item or items that are part of this RMA. If the RMA is for a part within the bike, select the bike and in the remarks section list the part or parts. Example: if the motor and display are to be returned - select the line containing the bike and in the remarks section type “Motor and Display”. Delete (trashcan on left) any items listed that are not included in this RMA
